ABOUT ACACIA

Our story

LOCAL FOOD FOR GLOBAL PEOPLE

Back in 2018 you would have found us based at our original home, the Rifleman's Arms, a 16th century pub in Glastonbury, Somerset. There we took staple British pub grub and gave it a subtle re-working, incorporating Acacia's style and palette. Since then we have evolved into a purely vegan and organic pop-up sticking true to our own ethos and going where the wind takes us.

Our Suppliers

Our pulses, like the organic fava beans in our burgers, are supplied by Hodmedod's, a small independent business who source only from pioneering British farms.

HODMEDODS
